The team
Mattia Mirenda
Mattia Mirenda is co-founder, CEO and head of business development at Thorsoft S.r.l. At Thorsoft he designed the whistleblowing solution compliant with Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023, the ANAC guidelines and the GDPR, and he supports customers and partners in adopting IntraThor, ThorIA and the compliance solutions. Since 2025 he has been a partner and advisor at Tamred. Before Thorsoft he spent more than six years at Sabicom as a sales consultant, business developer and product manager, earning Zucchetti sales certifications on software for HR, welfare, travel and fleet, timesheets, shifts, workplace safety and budgeting, as well as Nethesis and Webroot certifications. He was a board member of the Young Group of CONFIDA (the Italian vending industry association). He holds the IPSOA master's in Legislative Decree 231/2001 in business organisation and a C1 English certificate from the University of Milano-Bicocca.

Roberto Mirenda is co-founder and CTO of Thorsoft S.r.l. He designed and built IntraThor, Thorsoft's modular SaaS platform, and Whisper, the ACN-qualified whistleblowing software, and he leads the development of ThorIA and IntraDrive. He is also CTO of Spacemantis and created Tamred, a new social network already available in the app stores and under continuous development. Previously he worked on electronic invoicing for large companies. He works with Java and Spring Boot, React, React Native, Electron and Tauri, with PostgreSQL, MySQL and DynamoDB databases, and on AWS infrastructure (Fargate, ECS, ECR, EC2, Aurora, OpenSearch).

Thorsoft was born out of frustration with poor software, needlessly complex bureaucratic processes and slow or non-existent support.
Too often, companies end up using tools that are hard to configure, unintuitive and unable to meet their real day-to-day operational needs.
We created Thorsoft to offer the alternative: secure, simple software, turnkey services, fast onboarding and timely, reliable support.

What we don't want to be
We don't want to be a software house that sells hard-to-use products, full of useless features and hidden costs.
We don't want to offer support that never answers, onboarding that takes months, or technical processes that make no sense to the people who use the software every day.
Thorsoft rejects the "we sell you the software and you're on your own" model.
For us, every customer is a project to follow over time.
